Great location, peaceful and friendly environment

Friendly staff, modern hotel and very clean.

No coffee and tea making facilities in the room apart from a kettle. Would be nice if there were some cups in the room and some sachets

A great appatment hotel to spend a few days with family in Munich

The hotel is situated in a nice neighbourhood right across the tram stop few stops away from Karlsplatz. This was very convenient, as there was no need to have a car. The room was spacious, very clean and equipped with almost all a family needs during a short stay. The hotel has a nice lobby offering free hot drinks. We enjoyed spending time in the lobby with our children. The reception was very kind and helpful at all times. We would definitely stay at the same place should we return to Munich.

A standard room refresh by the cleaning staff every 3 days instead of every 5 days would be better

One night stay in a good location

Lovely rooms with good beds and a kitchenette. Nice balcony. We could park our car (for 26EUR extra) in the garage. The people at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.

The prices are Munich prices, and as such very high. With those prices, I think some more complimentary stuff could be offered in the kitchnette. Other than that, this place is really nice.

Pleasant stay with good amenities and great location

The apartment, though compact, was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short to mid-term stay. the staff were friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located - 20-minute walk to the central station and adjacent to a tram stop, providing easy access to various destinations including the central station and Nymphenburg Palace. Additionally, the S-Bahn stations were just 5-6 minute away.

There were a few small problems. Although the place was generally tidy, the microwave had been overlooked and smelled horrible. Also, I was less than pleased about the requirement to set up an account prior to checking in.

Good place when visiting Münich

The beds were comfortable. The kitchnette has induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, so is quite helpful. A small gel to wash manually the plates was provided. The reading sofa is nice to sit and relax. The shower water has good pressure in the 3rd floor. No problem with hot and cold water :-) The location is good, about 800? meters from central station.

The glass in the shower is too short to avoid splashs. It is not fixed (rotates like a door), so it could be larger. The towel dryer didn't work. Got tired eyes when watching TV because the decorated wall where is the TV has all dots. The kitchnette lacks something to dry the plates that were washed manually (didn't use the machine). I used the sink. The curtains were good to cover the outside light, but the led in the air conditioned was enough bright to disturb the sleep, I am glad I brough eye mask. A little cover/paper with some duct tape would be enough to cover that

Wonderful

This is just next to a tram station or walkable distance from the main train station. The place has everything you need to have a great time. Staff is friendly and keen to help.

Twin beds for a double room... Not okay if traveling with your partner.

„Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, man sollte mehr auf die Wünsche der Gäste mehr eingehen.

Das Apartment war zum Hof, sehr gut, die Lage zur City sehr gut, Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür, gefrüchstückt wurde auf dem Zimmer.

Fehlendes Besteck im Besteckkasten, keine Wischlappen zum Tisch abwischen und der Küchenkonsole, keine Waschlappen im Bad, kein Duschgel, nur Shampoo, wir hatten nach einem Apartment in den oberen Etagen angefragt, war leider nicht möglich, obwohl wir schon so oft in diesem Hause waren.

Die Tram vor dem Haus garantiert gute Anbindung ( 5min zum Hbf) Freier Café / Kakao in der Lobby waren super, Frühstück umfangreich und lecker. Zimmer und Bad groß!

Bett war sehr bequem, das kein täglicher Zimmerservice angeboten wird finde ich sehr umweltfreundlich... Lobbybereich sehr ansprechend gestaltet...

Das es keinen Wasserkocher und Tasse auf dem Zimmer gab. Ein Tee am Abend wäre nett gewesen...

Sehr gute Lage mit direktem Tramanschluss, schöne Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz, gutes Frühstück, Gratis-Kaffee zu jeder Zeit.

Teilweise laermige Mitbewohner, deren Kinder auch um 3 Uhr morgens frohjauchzend durch den Hotelgang gerannt sind.

„Super empfehlenswert um München zu erkunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Lage excellent mit Straßenbahnlinie zum Hbf und Karlsplatz vor der Tür. Gym und Waschgelegenheit super. Frühstücksbuffet tolles Preis/Leistung Angebot. Schade, dass wir vor der Ankunft zuviel eingekauft hatten und es nicht nutzen konnten.
